Get Fit for Winter Workout
For November, there will be 7 different workouts. You should be doing a minimum of 3 of these workouts per week, up to a maximum of 5. If you find them too easy, you can increase the reps, increase the weight, or add your favorite exercises. Remember to use proper form and to push yourself so you can reach your goals! Santa will be here soon and he is going to check to see if you are in shape!

It's Getting Scary and You're Getting in Shape Workout!
You have now learned what a dynamic warm-up is, so make sure you are doing a proper warm-up before exercising. When you are at home/ remote learning you should be doing the workouts that are posted. If you are at school and we have a health class, you should still be doing the workouts when you get home. Remember that a dynamic warm-up includes exercises like; butt kicks, high knees, floor sweeps, leg swings, side shuffles, sprints and many more.

Alphabet Fitness
Do the corresponding exercises for the letters of each word per day. For an extra challenge, choose more challenging words or phrases on weekends for your word choices. You should also be doing your own workouts in addition to these warm-up exercises.
