12 Days of Christmas WorkoutThe weather is getting colder, and Santa will be here soon. But, he will only be bringing presents to those who follow their 12 Days of Christmas Workouts. There will be five different 12 Days of Christmas Workouts.
Grade 9: Do them 3 times per week Grade 11/12: Do them 4-6 times per week. If you find it too easy, increase the reps and/ or intensity of the workout. Make sure you are playing your favourite Christmas song and be dedicated to your workouts, otherwise Mr. Scott will show up and put coal in your stocking this year! |
